Ease of Setup/Use:  

SpyRemover has a very basic feature set. It only detects and removes spyware and adware components and has a simple restore or rollback capability. It now offers real time protection, but if you're already infected SpyRemover won't detect and remove the spyware as well as other products tested.

Detection Effectiveness:  

SpyRemover found more spyware and adware than in our last test, but still didn't do as well as a large number of products.

Support/Documentation:  

There is a FAQ section on the website that's organized well, and a support request form to fill out if the FAQ doesn't answer your questions.

While InfoWorks has taken steps to improve their product and support, you could get much more for your money from one of our higher ranked products.
