Support/Documentation:  

Malwarebytes doesn’t offer much additional support or help documentation for Anti-Malware. They do host a pretty good user forum online, which has quite a bit of useful tips and answers to questions. And the embedded program help file is pretty decent as well. Malwarebytes also has an email address for some support requests. Our email was addressed amazingly quickly and included professional, specific help.

It is unfortunate that Malwarebytes doesn’t offer phone support, tutorials, or additional help venues online, but the help they do offer is top notch. Furthermore, the software is simple enough to utilize (even the advanced features) that additional help probably won’t be necessary for most users.

Overall Malwarebytes is the tool that no IT should be without. If you have an infection at home, or at work, Malwarebytes can be installed quickly and remove your problems, without the mess of a huge installation and mess of updates, individual tasks and processes. And real-time Protection requires little in the way of resources.
