Not worth the price. Scores false positives. When you submit a problem/question, you receive an automated response; there is no one "at the end of the line". When a spyware is found, it gives information on the type but none on the spyware itself. Again, an automated engine brings some generic information without details. The last version (nov. 28 2009) was bugged. It kept restarting a scan afer a previous scan, monopolizing the cpu and memory. Something worst than a virus is a program that is uncontrollable. "Always too expensive when no good".
