The product works okay and there are pages of online FAQ. The big problem is when you need free technical support you have to wait on hold for hours I tried two times never a technican after holding for two hours. E-mail support is also non existant they

I have used Adaware Pro for years to help keep my computer clean from spyware. When I installed SpySweeper on my dad's computer it found things that Adaware just totally missed. I highly recommend SpySweeper to anyone who wants a quality

Im impressed im only 15 and i can fix computers and to most of my customers i usually recoommed this antispyware for thir system or counter spy lol. But this is good espally with Antivirus McAfee,ESET Smart Security or NOD32,Norton and Bit Defender its

Latest update (6.1.0) is like slamming into a wall. Renewed on 4/1/09 for the 4th year; had to uninstall today 5/9/09. Once I did, all was well. Great features do not matter if there is no functionality. Unfortunately, can no longer recommend.

Used Spy Sweeper for years but recent version slowed computer to a crawl, when 6.0 updated to 6.1. Had to uninstall 6 weeks after renewing subscription (too late for a refund). Once uninstalled, PC ran much better. No longer recommend.

Spysweeper works pretty well. I have had it installed for 2 months and it blocked 180 threats already. When I just replaced my hard drive my computer ran fine and was decently fast but after some time I noticed that it was slowing down again, probably

The installation is pretty much very easy, I basically just click the next->next button.
The user interface is very simple and friendly. The buttons are well layout and I immediately spotted how to run a full sweep just by 1 look.

I'm surprised to see this product anywhere near the top ten, let alone placing first.
I don't mean to come across negatively, but I have seen Spy Sweeper on *many* computers that were riddled with very bad malware infestations. I have never used it myself, but from what I've seen with my customers, it appears to be pretty useless.
