Spyware BeGone Reviewer's Comments

Although Spyware BeGone has made many improvements to their software, such as Real-Time Tracking, the program is still missing many key features, including: an indication of spyware severity, descriptions of spyware found and Scan Scheduling. Inclusion of features like these would greatly improve its usefulness and its ranking.

Support/Documentation:  

Among its many improvements, Spyware BeGone has enhanced its Help and Support capacities. They now include a FAQs page, technical support by email and a help application built into the program.

With improvements, the latest version of Spyware BeGone by MicroSmarts is more effective and easier to use. But Spyware BeGone cannot yet compete with higher-ranked anti-spyware products because many cost less and offer a stronger feature set.
